Common Name: Kaffir Lime
Description: A very popular ingredient in Thai cooking, the double leaf is used as opposed to the fruit which is rather small and unattractive. The zest of the fruit can be added into curry pastes. Probably best grown in a container in Southern Tasmania but is worth a try in a warm sheltered spot in the garden.
Mature Size: 3 m x 1.5 m
Position: Full Sun. Well drained soil
Notes: Protect from prevailing winds. Protect from heavy frosts.
