Citrus junos
Common Name: Japanese Lemon
Description: A lesser known member of the citrus family but one of the more cold tolerant types. Yuzu fruit is used mainly for its juice and rind, where it is a popular ingredient with chefs who use it in sauces and drinks. Can be grown in a container or a sheltered spot in the garden. Young plants may be damaged by frost but this is less of an issue as they mature.

Position: Full sun. Well drained soil
