Common name: Olive Tree
Description: Olive trees are very well suited to the drier southern Tasmanian climate. We grow and recommend Picual due to its excellent cold tolerance compared with other varieties. An attractive silver foliaged small tree that is both useful as a garden tree or even a screen/windbreak. Bears high quality fruit that are highly prized for making premium olive oils.
Mature Size: 6 m x 5 m
Position: Full Sun. Well drained soil.
